Our custom made-to-order Custom woven patches use thinner threads as compared to embroidered patches. They are also made with pure thread and no base. The thinner threads allow woven patches to achieve finer and smaller details that cannot be done with embroidery. Woven patches have smooth surface and do not have raised texture.
